About Cortney
Cortney was born in San Diego and raised in Imperial Valley the majority of her life. She attended Southwest High School in El Centro and went on to complete her Bachelor’s in Business Administration through Northern Arizona University. While she worked towards her degree, Cortney held various roles in her family’s businesses from customer service, accounting, and lastly finance manager. She then spent 6 years coaching nutrition and fitness before making her most recent leap into the real estate and development world. Now she is working with her family in developing a variety of residential real estate throughout the Imperial Valley and Coachella Valley. Cortney is passionate about serving people and making experiences fun and enjoyable. She is very excited to be a part of the Smith-Kandal team and looking forward to this new chapter.
